Making Connections

Both TABS and NABS host listservs to facilitate the interaction between students across the state and beyond. Listservs are email programs designed to allow individuals to send messages simultaneously to a wide range of subscribers. Topics covered include, but are not limited to: working with readers, interaction between students and DSS offices, questions about assistive technology, discriminations, practicing independence, and employment issues. Because this service has proven to be a valuable source of information, students are strongly encouraged to subscribe to both lists. To subscribe to the TABS list, please send a blank e-mail to: tabs-nfb-texas-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. If you experience difficulty subscribing, please do not hesitate to contact our TABS web master. To subscribe to the NABS list, please send an email message to: listserve@NFBnet.org. Leave the subject line blank, and in the body type in lower case letters "subscribe nabs-l," without the quotes.
